Leads & CRM
When leads sync to NurtureSite
One-way lead sync from your site CRM to NurtureSite staff.
Audience: Site owners and account managers.
What syncs
When enabled for your site, new and updated CRM records (and some appointment activity) on your site CRM are copied to NurtureSite’s internal sales CRM for NurtureSite staff to support you. Your site list can still be named Customers, Patients, Households, and so on; the NurtureSite copy stays lead-shaped (one email) and does not rename factory sales CRM (Customer / Contact / Lead). This is one-way — edits in NurtureSite sales tools do not change your site CRM.
What does not sync
- Demo / preview sites — no sync
- Sites with sync turned off in your NurtureSite site settings
- Marketing-only form fields without a lead record
Your source of truth
Manage pipeline, tasks, scoring, and follow-up automations in site admin → CRM. Use NurtureSite for billing, portfolio inbox, analytics, and account settings.
Mail settings (transport, from address, Mailgun verification state) sync metadata to NurtureSite when changed on the site — same pattern as analytics. Secrets are never sent to the portal.
Opt-out of sequences
Visitors use unsubscribe links in CRM emails (/crm/unsubscribe/... on your site). That opts the person out of marketing email — not invoices or appointment mail.
