Frequently asked questions
Common questions about NurtureSite.
- Most websites are ready in 15–45 minutes after you submit onboarding. Simpler builds often land closer to 15 minutes; timing depends on queue load and how much content we generate.
- No. Essential builds start free with a password-protected preview. Enhanced and Premium collect a one-time build investment before generation. You subscribe to monthly hosting only when you go live.
- No. Many customers start from scratch—just share your business name, industry, and what you offer. If you do have a website, add the URL during onboarding and we can learn from it (and migrate blog posts when available).
- At launch, we can plan blog posts from your existing website when you provide a URL. After launch, connect Google Search Console for topic ideas from real queries, enable weekly auto-draft if you want, and review every draft before you publish—nothing goes live without your approval.
- If you share your current website URL during onboarding, we attempt to discover and migrate existing posts as part of your website plan. Results depend on your current website structure.

- After your trial, SEO blog posts are $5 each, with 3-packs at $13.50 ($4.50/post) and 5-packs at $20 ($4/post). Posts are drafted for your review—you publish when ready.

- Yes. Connect Stripe once from your NurtureSite website page, set a fixed or percentage deposit per service, and customers pay at booking via Stripe Checkout. - Yes. After Stripe Connect is ready, site admins can invoice an appointment balance (service price minus deposits paid) or create ad-hoc invoices from a lead with line items and a pay link. Customers pay via Stripe Checkout to your connected account. See /docs/customer-invoices
- Deposits reduce no-shows and cover your time for consultations, installs, and service calls. With NurtureSite, payment happens during the same booking flow on your website—not in a follow-up email or separate tool. Track paid bookings as appointment_paid in analytics. Invoice the remaining balance later from the appointment.
- Full scheduling setup and day-to-day management live in your website admin under Scheduling. Invoice balances from appointment detail or Invoices. Your NurtureSite website page shows upcoming appointments and Stripe Connect status. See /docs/two-dashboards
- Yes. Online booking and scheduling are included on every plan at no extra charge. Collecting deposits and sending customer invoices requires optional Stripe Connect setup.
- Use the booking scheduler when visitors should pick a specific service and time slot. Use contact forms for open-ended inquiries, quotes, or messages. Many businesses use both. See /docs/leads-vs-bookings
