Frequently asked questions
Common questions about NurtureSite.
- NurtureSite is a website platform for local service businesses at nurturesite.com. Every site includes lead capture, on-domain booking, optional Stripe deposits, and first-party analytics. Start a 14-day trial from /register.
- Most websites are ready in 15–45 minutes after you submit onboarding. Simpler builds often land closer to 15 minutes; timing depends on queue load and how much content we generate.
- Yes for checkout. Start a 14-day free trial with your card on file — site build is included. The first $79/mo charge (or yearly) happens after the trial; the site stays in preview until you go live.
- No. Many customers start from scratch—just share your business name, industry, and what you offer. If you do have a website, add the URL during onboarding and we can learn from it (and migrate blog posts when available).
- At launch, we can plan blog posts from your existing website when you provide a URL. After launch, connect Google Search Console for topic ideas from real queries, enable weekly auto-draft if you want, and review every draft before you publish—nothing goes live without your approval.
- If you share your current website URL during onboarding, we attempt to discover and migrate existing posts as part of your website plan. Results depend on your current website structure.
- Yes. Connect your verified Search Console property in website admin to see topic ideas based on real queries, impressions, and rankings. SEO blog drafts are included with your plan when Search Console is connected.

- Leads are stored in your NurtureSite account and linked to your projects. Only you and users on your account can access them through your dashboard.
- We use your business information to generate your website and content. We do not sell lead data. AI features send content to model providers only to operate the service you request.
- Yes. After your website is live, connect a custom domain from your website dashboard.
- After the 14-day free trial, Stripe charges $79/mo (or $758.40/year if you chose yearly). Your site stays in preview until you choose Go live; content and leads are saved either way.

- Yes. Connect Stripe once from your NurtureSite website page, set a fixed or percentage deposit per service, and customers pay at booking via Stripe Checkout. - Deposits reduce no-shows and cover your time for consultations, installs, and service calls. With NurtureSite, payment happens during the same booking flow on your website—not in a follow-up email or separate tool. Track paid bookings as appointment_paid in analytics. Invoice the remaining balance later from the appointment.
- Full scheduling setup and day-to-day management live in your website admin under Scheduling. Invoice balances from appointment detail or Invoices. Your NurtureSite website page shows upcoming appointments and Stripe Connect status. See /docs/two-dashboards
