Reporting copyright infringement

If you believe content hosted on NurtureSite infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent with: (1) your contact information; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) the URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material; (4) a statement of good-faith belief; (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act; and (6) your physical or electronic signature.

Email: abuse@nurturesite.com (subject line: DMCA Notice). We will acknowledge receipt and respond within a reasonable time, typically within 3–5 business days.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the information required under the DMCA. We may restore content unless the complainant files a court action.

Repeat infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
