Permitted use
Use NurtureSite to build and host websites for businesses you own, operate, or are explicitly authorized to represent—including as an agency or partner with client permission.
Prohibited use
You may not use NurtureSite to impersonate another person or business, publish phishing or fraudulent content, infringe copyrights or trademarks, scrape or rebuild third-party sites without authorization, distribute malware, send spam, or violate applicable law.
Imported content
When you provide an existing website URL, you confirm you are authorized to allow NurtureSite to crawl and use that material to generate your new site. Unauthorized copying of another entity's branding or content is prohibited.
Enforcement
We investigate abuse reports and may suspend sites, remove content, or terminate accounts. Repeat infringers may be permanently banned.
