Terms of service

Agreement

By creating an account or using NurtureSite you agree to these Terms of Service, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service

NurtureSite provides AI-assisted website generation, hosting, lead capture, first-party analytics, online booking and scheduling tools, and related features subject to your selected plan. Trial previews are provided as-is. Continued service requires an active subscription after any trial period unless otherwise stated.

Your content and warranties

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for all content published on websites you create or manage. You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use any business name, website URL, logo, image, text, or other material you submit or that we import from a URL you provide.

Online booking and scheduling

If you enable online booking, you are responsible for your availability settings, service descriptions, pricing, cancellation policies, and communications with customers who book through your website. You are responsible for honoring confirmed appointments and for any deposits or payments processed through your connected Stripe account.

Appointment and customer data collected through your websites remains yours. NurtureSite processes that data to provide the features you enable, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Calendar and third-party integrations

You may optionally connect Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook to sync staff availability and appointments. By connecting an account, you confirm that you are authorized to grant NurtureSite access to the selected calendars and that your use complies with Google's and Microsoft's applicable terms and policies.

Calendar sync is initiated only by an authorized administrator or staff user on your website. NurtureSite is not responsible for events created, modified, or missed due to misconfiguration, revoked access, third-party outages, or your failure to maintain connected accounts. You may disconnect calendar access at any time from Scheduling → Staff & hours.

Other optional integrations (such as Google Search Console for SEO Blog, Stripe for payments, or social login providers) are subject to the third party's terms in addition to these Terms.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NurtureSite from claims arising from content you publish, bookings or services you offer through your websites, your use of third-party integrations, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of another party's intellectual property or privacy rights.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Acceptable Use Policy, receive valid abuse or copyright complaints, or pose security or legal risk. You may cancel per your plan terms.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
