Reporting impersonation or trademark misuse
If a NurtureSite-hosted site appears to impersonate your business or misuse your trademark without authorization, submit a report via our Report a Concern form or email abuse@nurturesite.com. Include the site URL, your relationship to the brand, and specific examples of confusing use.
What we review
We evaluate whether the site was created by or with consent of the rights holder, whether it is a good-faith prospect preview with clear disclosure, and whether public presentation is likely to confuse consumers.
Remedies
We may suspend public access, require clearer disclosure, transfer the site to the rights holder upon verification, or remove the site entirely.
