Billing and plans
Trial, subscribe, Stripe portal, and cancellation requests.
Manage your NurtureSite subscription from Billing in your account.
Plans
- Starter — 1 live site
- Growth — 3 live sites, multi-site inbox, extended analytics retention
- Pro — 10 live sites, longest retention, optional ad pixels
Online booking is included on every plan. Appointment deposits and customer invoices use optional Stripe Connect (separate from your NurtureSite bill).
One-time build investments
When you create a site, choose a build-quality tier:

Build investments are per site and are a one-time charge for how polished the first generated site should be—not a credit toward hosting. Hosting is billed separately when you go live.
Free preview
Essential builds start immediately with a password-protected preview. No credit card is required for Essential.
Enhanced and Premium redirect to Stripe Checkout for the one-time build investment before generation starts.
Subscribe (go live)
Use Billing to subscribe to monthly hosting and open the Stripe Customer Portal when available. There you can:
- Add or update payment method
- View and download invoices
Go-live checkout is monthly hosting only (build investments were already collected at intake when applicable).
Change plans
To upgrade or change hosting tiers, contact support from Billing. In-portal plan switching may not be available for all accounts.
Cancellation
NurtureSite uses a cancellation request workflow—not always instant self-serve cancel:
- Open Billing.
- Submit a cancellation request with your reason.
- Support reviews and confirms next steps.
Your site and data handling follow your plan terms. Export data before closing if needed.
Site-level payments (your customers)
Visitors paying appointment deposits or customer invoices use Stripe Connect on your business account—that is separate from your NurtureSite SaaS subscription. See Stripe Connect, deposits, and invoices.
