Who customers book with

The public booking scheduler can ask visitors for a person—or skip that step and assign staff automatically. Admins choose the mode; NurtureSite also provisions a default based on your business type.

Modes

If only one staff calendar offers the selected service, the staff step is skipped even in required or optional.

Any available

When a visitor picks Any available, the site shows every open start time across your team and assigns the first free calendar (staff sort order). Confirmation still names the assigned person.

For group classes, two instructors at the same clock time stay two separate openings—the widget does not merge them. Any available picks the first calendar that still has enough seats for the party size. See Group and class bookings.

You can always override the default after launch.
