Spots left and fair waitlists

Classes fill up. NurtureSite shows customers how many spots are left, and keeps a fair line when a class is full.

Set up a class

In Classes, set a service's booking type to Group or class, and choose the sign-ups per time. IronPulse runs its group class at specific class times, each with its own capacity. Without them, classes follow your business hours.

Spots left and the class roster

Customers see how many spots are left before they pick a time. Open any booking in the class to see the roster: twelve of twelve spots filled. From here you can email the whole class, move it to another time, or cancel that class time.

Waitlist when full

Tick Waitlist when full on any service, for classes or one-on-one appointments. When a time is full, customers join the waitlist instead, like Wednesday's six o'clock class.

The waitlist queue

Under the roster is the waitlist, in order. When a seat opens, the next person gets an email to claim it. You can also skip someone, or remove them.

Pro tip and your turn

Pro tip. Nobody is moved off the waitlist automatically or charged by surprise. They claim the seat, and pay a deposit only if the service needs one. Your turn. Tick Waitlist when full on your most popular service. Next up: a CRM named after your business.
