Keeping bookings straight

Once bookings come in, the work is keeping them straight: who's coming, what they've paid, and what's changed. The hub shows every appointment in your week, whether it's confirmed, waiting on

Your week

payment, or held while someone pays. Use the arrows to move between weeks, and Today to jump back.

One appointment and its payments

Open an appointment to see the service, the time and the customer. Under Payments are the price, the deposit already paid, and the balance due. Invoice balance sends them a link to pay the rest.

Change or cancel

Plans change. Switch the service, the staff member or the time here, preview any difference in price, then update. For a simple move, use Quick reschedule. And if it's off, cancel the appointment.

Book it yourself

When someone calls, book them yourself. Click an open time on the calendar, find the household or add a new one, and click Book.

Emails that follow

Every change sends the right email on its own: confirmed, rescheduled, cancelled, and a reminder before the visit. Edit the wording any time under Email notifications.

Pro tip and your turn

Pro tip. Use Block time on the same panel for lunch, travel or a day off, so nobody can book it. Your turn. Open next week in your hub and book a test appointment for yourself. Next up: group classes and waitlists.
