Invoice the rest after the job—on your own website
Collect a deposit at booking, then email a Stripe pay link for the balance—or bill CRM leads for ad-hoc work—without a separate invoicing tool.

Invoice the rest after the job—on your own website
Deposits at booking solve no-shows. They do not close the books. After the install, the color appointment, or the project milestone, you still need to collect the remaining balance—without opening a separate QuickBooks email thread or texting a Venmo link.
That is what customer invoices on your website are for: email a pay link, customer completes Stripe Checkout, funds settle to your connected Stripe account.
Deposit first, invoice second
A clean flow for service businesses:
- Customer books on your domain and pays a deposit (optional per service)
- You complete the work
- From the appointment in site admin, click Invoice balance
- Customer pays the remainder on a hosted pay page
Service prices must be set so balance math works (price minus deposits already paid). After payment, the balance updates so you do not bill twice by accident.
Ad-hoc work from CRM leads
Not every dollar starts as a booking. Estimates, custom projects, and one-off jobs often live as leads. From the lead detail page you can create an invoice with line items, memo, and due date—then send the same style of pay link.
Open site admin → Invoices for the full list across appointments and leads. Download a PDF anytime; the customer email includes the PDF as an attachment.
Automations when they pay
When an invoice is sent or paid, CRM automations can enroll the lead (thank-you email, create a task, notify the team). Those triggers are transactional—they do not require marketing consent the way nurture sequences do.
You can also add a Create invoice action mid-automation for qualified leads.
Setup in one place
Customer invoices use the same Stripe Connect account as booking deposits. Connect once from NurtureSite or site admin → Scheduling → Payments. NurtureSite does not hold invoice revenue; platform subscription billing is a separate relationship.
