How customers book and ask for quotes on your website
Before you change anything, see your website the way a customer does: the cookie banner, your homepage, booking, the quote form, and customer logins.

Your site through a customer's eyes
This is your website through a customer's eyes. Before you change anything, it helps to see exactly what they see, and what they can do.
Privacy first: the cookie banner
A new visitor first sees the cookie banner. They can accept everything, reject anything that isn't essential, or customize. Your analytics only count people who say yes.
Your homepage and booking
Then your homepage: the story of your business, your services, what clients say, and your prices, all built from what you told us. Every Book button opens the scheduler. Customers choose a service, a stylist if you let them, and a time that's actually open, then confirm.
Asking for a quote
Not everyone is ready to book. Greenline's quote form asks about the project, the budget and the address. Each submission lands in your CRM as a new record, with where it came from, behind spam protection.
A guide on the page, and customer logins
On the demo sites, a guide answers questions about NurtureSite. Your own site can have an optional AI assistant too, answering customers about your business. If you turn on logins, an Account link lets customers sign in to see their appointments and invoices. We'll set that up in a later episode.
Pro tip and your turn
Pro tip. Use a form for leads and the booking scheduler for appointments. You can have both, just don't ask for the same thing twice. Your turn. Open your own site in a private window, and go through it the way a customer would. Next up: pages and blocks, for exact control.
