When to use the page editor

Chatting with AI is great for words and photos. When you want exact control, over which section goes where, how it looks, and what Google sees, use the page editor.

Your pages

In your site admin, Pages lists every page, with its address and whether it's published. New Page starts a blank one: give it a title, pick a template, or place it under a parent page.

The block editor and block library

Open a page to edit it. On the left is every section, called a block, in order. On the right is a live preview of what visitors will see. Browse Blocks opens the library: headers, content, business sections, forms, media, marketing, social proof and maps. The Presets tab adds a whole starter section at once.

Style each block

Every block has its own style controls: the layout, the card style, the motion, the padding, and the colour band behind it. The preview updates as you go.

Search details, preview and publish

At the top, the search preview shows how the page will look on Google, and the counters tell you when the title and description are the right length. Preview the draft, then save the page. It's live when Published is ticked. To add it to your menu, use Navigation in your site settings.

Pro tip and your turn

Pro tip. Use Edit with AI for words and photos, and the page editor for structure, search details, and placing booking blocks. Your turn. Open your About page, add a testimonials block, and preview it. Next up: photos, your media library, and your gallery.
