Keep track of the follow-through
Between the first message and the finished job, your CRM keeps track of the follow-through: tasks with due dates, deals with a value, and alerts when something slips.
Tasks
Add a task from any record, like calling about the drip-line layout for the Jordan Hale household. The Tasks page lists every open task across your CRM with its due date. Click Done when it's handled.
Deals
The Deal card tracks what a job is worth. Greenline's Oak Street backyard is at the proposal stage, worth forty-eight hundred dollars, with a fifty percent chance of closing.
Alerts
Alerts flag what needs attention: a new or hot lead, an overdue task, a lead that's gone quiet, or, like here, analytics that stopped receiving data. Mark them read, or dismiss them.
CRM settings
CRM Settings is where you shape all of it. Summit Smile calls its records patients, with patient and guardian roles. Each section of a record can be switched off, so the dental office hides the Deal card it doesn't need.
Message templates
Message templates are reusable emails and texts for your automations and replies. Start from the examples, or design your own in the drag and drop editor, with merge fields.
Pro tip and your turn
Pro tip. Tune your alerts in CRM Settings: how many days before a lead counts as stale, and how quickly you want to reply to new ones. Your turn. Open your newest record and give it one follow-up task with a due date. Next up: build a follow-up automation.
