Signed before they walk in

Waivers, consent forms, intake: your customers can sign them online, before they ever walk in. Here's how.

Your document library

In your site admin, open your customer menu. Here it's called Patients. Then choose Documents. This is your library of waivers, intake forms, and letterhead, and New document starts a fresh one.

Prepare the document

Each document is a page you write once, and customer details, like their name, fill in on their own. Under Standard fields, drag in a signature, initials, or a date. Then click any field to make it required, and choose who signs.

Preview as signer

Preview as signer shows what your customer sees. They check their name, sign with a mouse or a finger, or just type it, and the date fills in. Nothing is saved in preview.

Require it at booking, or send it from an automation

To collect it with a booking, open the treatment under Scheduling, and add the document. Mark it required, and the booking is held until it's signed. Automations handle documents too. Fill document fills one in from the customer's record and attaches the PDF. Request signature sends one person a link to sign.

Pro tip and your turn

Pro tip. Every signed document comes with a certificate of completion: who signed, when, and a full audit trail. Your turn. Open the waiver, make the wording yours, and attach it to one of your services. Next up: blog and SEO on autopilot.
